About ""Better Choices Here" & Families Cutting Costs

We are families that feel the squeeze of costs rising faster than incomes.  We see in our monthly bills the increasing costs of food, electricity, and other basic necessities.

We know that we can learn from each other -- best practices, better choices, ways to reduce costs solo, in small groups, and as members of larger community organizations. 

We know that technology is a cost.  But we have seen from our business experiences that technology can help families reduce costs -- by aggregating data on best practices, analyzing and querying data to customize recommendations for each family, and tracking progress.  

Government and public policies alone can't lower costs for families.  We must do our share, making informed choices that reduce costs for our family as well as for neighbors, fellow members of congregations and community organizations, and with other citizens in our cities, villages, and towns.
